    • Scores 90% or better on SCC Evaluation Guidelines
    E.D.M./A.F.O.M. (Employee Development Mgr./Asst. Field Operations Mgr.) $22-25/hour
    • Must be a Driver
    • Excellent attendance/always in uniform
    • Abides by company rules & regulations
    • Positive role model and leader
    • Excellent leadership/problem solving skills
    • Ability to make difficult/swift decisions/dispatch crews
    • Proficient computer skills
    • Scores 80% or better on EDM Evaluation Guidelines

    New Hire Bonus Opportunity:

    Eligible for $500 after 30 days of employment with perfect attendance*
    Additional $250 after 60 days of employment with perfect attendance*
    *Perfect Attendance = Not Tardy, No Call Outs (One “Ed Smith Mulligan” )

    Ongoing Bonus Opportunities:

    • Perfect Attendance – (NO mulligans)
      • 3rd and 2nd Men- $100/month
      • Crew Chief and C.I.T. – $50/month
    • Reviews – (Google/Facebook/Yelp!)
      • 3rd and 2nd Men- $15/review (unlimited!)
      • Crew Chief and C.I.T/ – $25/review (unlimited)
      • Crew Chief and C.I.T.-Additional Quarterly Reviews Bonus
        • 5-12 = $100, 13-20 = $200, 21+ = $300
    • Claims Bonus
      • Crew Chief and C.I.T. only – $200/month if CLAIM FREE

    Additional Compensation:

    • TIPS! Customer’s discretion, often CASH in hand, occasionally via credit card.
